These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "User," or "you") and jl559 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jl559 website located at https://jl559.cam and all associated services, products, games, and features offered therein (collectively, "the Services").

4.2 Deposits in Your Own Name. All deposit transactions must be made using a payment method registered in the player's own verified name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made by another person on your behalf — are strictly prohibited. Discovery of third-party deposits may result in account suspension and a full review of all associated transactions.

4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the jl559 cashier. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit or to a verified account in the player's own name. jl559 reserves the right to require KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above specified thresholds.

4.4 Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within 5 to 60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank) are processed within the same banking business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM PHT. Withdrawal processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or when additional verification is required.

4.5 Wagering Before Withdrawal. Where a player has received a deposit bonus, the associated wagering requirements must be completed before the bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. 4.6 Currency. All transactions on jl559 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

6.1 Game Outcomes. All slot games and RNG-based table games on jl559 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing agencies. 6.2 Malfunction Policy. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jl559 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

jl559 reserves the right to investigate any account or transaction suspected of involving prohibited conduct. During any investigation, the affected account may be temporarily suspended and withdrawals withheld pending the outcome of the review.

8.1 jl559-Initiated Suspension. jl559 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering; prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7; or any other activity that jl559 reasonably believes poses a risk to the platform, other players, or regulatory compliance.

8.2 Account Balance on Closure. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jl559 reserves the right to void and forfeit the entire account balance, including deposited funds, where those funds are found to have been obtained through fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or in violation of applicable law.

8.3 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request account closure at any time by contacting jl559 support via live chat at [email protected]. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any pending wagering requirements and KYC verification.

11.3 Limitation of Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl559's aggregate liability to any player — whether arising from contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their jl559 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Gambling Losses. jl559 shall have no liability whatsoever for gambling losses incurred by players in the course of using the platform. Players acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that all betting decisions are made voluntarily.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of jl559.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make reasonable good-faith efforts to resolve disputes through jl559's internal complaint resolution process.
